It is hard to imagine how enthusiastic we are when we can give the 100% rating for the HTML test. Well, our enthusiasm is similar to our disappointment once we found out that all other tests totally failed! HTML plays one of the most important roles in PSD coding and, for this company, it should rise overall rating at least by some percent, but we can not cheat our own measurement methods.
