We do not like when the rating is too big comparing to the overall quality, it is the second example of this situation. Our rating system can be inappropriately high when:

  • There are no portfolio examples
  • There is no enough JavaScript to analyse
  • Homepage layout is very simple

We can not argue then that the rating is really 68%, we respect this. However, we are not sure if they will be able to handle the complex project with such efficiency.
