We definitely would not suggest a PSD to HTML company which is using tables to display web pages! This is almost impossible to belive but this company is using tables instead of divs or other semantic elements, it looks like their stopped developing their service five years ago. What is more, we saw the information, that CSS has been written by psdcssxhtml.com. We are not sure if their outsourced it or if that's a same owner.
